How do I store my Fuel Meals?
All meals should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, and typically have a shelf life of 7-10 days when kept chilled.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship orders once a week to ensure maximum freshness. Depending on your location, your delivery will typically arrive between Sunday and Wednesday.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard before the weekly cutoff deadline.
How do I heat my meals?
Simply remove the plastic film and microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can also heat them in an oven-safe dish at 350°F for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our meal trays are BPA-free and recyclable. The insulated liners and cardboard shipping boxes are also fully recyclable in most curbside programs.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Each meal includes a full list of ingredients and nutritional facts. While we offer gluten-free and dairy-free options, our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens.
